Shipping & Returns
We are currently offering shipping to Ireland and the European Union.
Postage is calculated at checkout. If you wish to know the cost of postage, simply add everything to your basket and go to checkout.

We endeavour to print cards and art prints to order in order to reduce waste.
Your order will be prepared and sent as quickly as possible in accordance with our postage days. If you require something urgently, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will try to accommodate your request.
In the event that items shipped outside of Ireland incur additional fees, taxes, tariffs, duties, or customs charges, the buyer is responsible for their payment should they occur. Returns will not be accepted due to customs fees.
All standard items bought from our online shop may be returned within 28 days for a refund or exchange. Our policy lasts 28 days. No refund or exchange can be offered to you in the event that 28 days have elapsed since your purchase.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Once your return is received to Linda Schaefer t/a Wild Paper Studio, Kildoon Wood, Nurney, County Kildare, Ireland and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain number of days. The buyer will be responsible for returning items in their original condition as well as return shipping costs.
Several types of goods are exempt from return. Made-to-order products and custom orders are non-returnable as they have been made specifically for you.
Only regular priced items may be refunded; unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
We replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email to email@example.com to initiate the exchange process.
Faulty or Damaged Goods
Each item is created in studio and every effort is made to ensure the highest quality. However, if you are not entirely satisfied with your order, please contact us and we can issue you a replacement or a refund less shipping costs.
If your order has been damaged during postage or delivery, please contact us directly to arrange a replacement or refund. Photographic evidence of the damage caused on delivery may be required.
